Continuing to let go of my mid-length knives. Selling a Hattori Limited Santoku in Cowry X steel, clad in VG-2. It has a half tang and black linen micarta western handle.
Purchased this from JapaneseChefKnife, lightly used but still in great condition. Edge has been touched up once on a Chosera 3000, but not sharpened before.
Dimensions: 165mm cutting edge, 45mm height over the heel. Weighs 134g.
