I’m the second owner, I used it to cut maybe 2 carrots and 2 potatoes, profile is not for me.
First owner told me that he’s sharpened it once, the knife however has never sharpened by me.
Looking to get $530, shipped within Australia, happy to talk about fee friendly option too.
