Hope to be able to connect with the kitchen knife community! I don't cook nearly enough to justify my love for Japanese knives.
Thanks Qapla'. Right now I'm "using" the Moritaka Ishime Petty 130, Takeda AS Nakiri 170, and have a Miyabi Gyuto 8"! Though I haven't gotten much use out of them as I live with family members who are prone to knife abuseWelcome eh/Bienvenue han. What knives do you currently use?
