Hello everyone.

I got a new kitchen knife for my anniversary, a Damascus Nakiri Knife. I am also looking at getting a slicing cleaver as my main go to kitchen knives. I'll be honest I don't know much about knives, and I don't know much about sharpening them (my current knife set is 6 years old and have never been sharpened... brute force for the win!! lol) But I am really excited to use this new Nakiri and learning more.
