I've been intrested in knives for a while, i currently tend to buy all my knives from Chef&Knife in Brakel,Belgium. They specialise in Kikuichi. To be honest every knife i've gotten has been bloody amazing, but i want to broaden my assortment with knives from different makes. Currently looking for a chef knife (Gyuto) of around $600 (i want to have something exquisite as this is my most used knife)
