Hi everyone,
I only got into kitchen knives (and cooking really) a few months ago. Started looking for some "decent" knives, but then found r/chefknives, and somehow ended up with a couple of Japanese knives and a much lighter wallet. Now that the sub is locked and this place always popped up when I had some questions, I figured I should join up for real in case I ever want to participate.
