Obligatory welcome post 
tbh I'm here because I see people selling some really cool items that are hard to find elsewhere and I'd like to tap into that. I cook and bake a lot, and MUST have good knives in my kitchen. Nothing fancy, and don't need too many, just needs to be good quality materials, hold an edge for several months, and get the job done.
