Time for me to finally climb aboard the the kkf train!
Been interested in higher end knives for about a year now once I decided to take cooking more seriously for my health.
Grabbed myself a nice cutting board and some naniwa whetstones so i'm ready for a knife.
Can't wait to talk to you guys about some of my most interested lines from Hitohira, Tetsujin, Konosuke, Hado, and Toyama, along with all of the skilled blacksmiths and sharpeners. I also have like 15 tabs open with shopping carts from each store along with calendar dates for knife sales. Yikes
