Hello from central Florida

Hey everyone, I'm a knife maker that's been at this for about 2.5years. But recently have decided to focus strictly on kitchen knives. Hunters and bowies are nice but man there is just something so beautiful about a well made chef knife. So I'll probably sit back and absorb everything I possibly can from everyone here.

Hello Justin, welcome to the forums. One advice for the start - the more experience you will gain with high quality kitchen knives (I mean Japanese of course ) the better knives you will be able to make. So you have a great excuse to start s shopping spree
