Hello everyone I am a knife fan and knife maker from Colorado. I was also a chef for about 12 years and am interested in making some great chef's knives.

Thanks to Delbert Ealy for introducing me to this awesome forum.

Welcome, Mr. Fairly!

Your knives are extremely shiny...it's like a jewelry shop!

Have you delved into kitchen cutlery yet? If so, got any pics?

Thanks! I have been going for a high polish lately.

I haven't made any real kitchen knives yet but I need to. It will be on soon!

Welcome Daniel!! Good to see you here. Now lets see a kitchen knife!!!!

wow! that is so great to see more and more knife makers come aboard here. Thank you, and look forward to seeing all of your guys works

Thanks everyone!

I have a couple of kitchen knives in progress, a Chef's Knife and a large kitchen utility. They are both about 12" long and are made from ultra thin .049 15n20 Steel.

I have some .070 Titanium and a carbide applicator coming in for some carbidized Ti Chef's knives! I also plan on getting some 3/32-1/8 steel for some more conventional chef's knives.

As a former chef I like a wide variety of knives in the kitchen, this thinner stuff will be slicer city...
