Hi all,
Sometime-lurking Home Cook here and now finally made an Account.
I already entered the world of Carbon knives with a bunka by a local smith, an Okubo 180 Nakiri and a Mystery Gyuto made during a smithing course.
Also on the shelf is a stainless gyuto made of 14c28n for the wife and any tasks during short periods of stress (small kiddie running around and needing attention).
