Howdy folks, just wanted to stop in and say hi. In the past year I've started finding my love of cooking again, and with that came upgrading my knives and other tools. I've used Forschner knives for a long time, but finally replaced my 8" chefs knife with a Shun and added a Zhen Japanese style cleaver. now I find myself browsing the Japanese knife sites and forums looking for more ways to burn holes in my wallet .
