Just found this forum and I must say the base of knowledge here is quite overwhelming. I've already learned much and looking forward learning more.
I'm by no means a collector but have more than a few knives that I find use for here and there. A few folders, few fixed blades, but mainly knives for the kitchen. As I'm mostly a home cook my knives are mostly stainless Victorinox knives. Outside of those I have a few japanese carbon steel knives.
