I have been a knife nerd for a while but strictly outdoor/hunting knives. I recently decided to take the plunge and dive into all things J-knives. Over the last few weeks I jumped all in and picked up a Kato AS/S Bunka, Masakage Ko-Bunka, Tojiro Petty, and a Tsunehisa G3 Gyuto as well as a 400/1000/5000 Cerex stone setup. A few of my recent purchases are pictured below on a board made by my late grandfather.
I can’t wait to learn from all of the fellow enthusiasts on these boards!
