Hello everyone, I miss the community on Reddit so hoping to learn and share here instead. Got interested during the pandemic when I started taking cooking seriously, now I have a small collection. I live in Kobe very near Miki, so I like supporting the local smiths here.

Just got my latest knife yesterday as a birthday gift to myself, a 165 ginsan bunka made by Akihito Fujiwara under the Okeya Saku brand.
