Hi knife forums, saying hello from Las Vegas, city of entertainment and lots of restaurants. Unfortunately the best we have is a zwilling outlet, kitchen supply stores, Williams sonomas and sur la tables lol. So I reach out to knife groups to try out more than just the regular production knives!
