Merry Christmas ya’ll!!
I’ve been a lurker here for quite some time and today is the day I finally introduce myself. I’m a chef in Louisiana and have been cooking professionally for 10 years. Although I am quite familiar with Cajun food I work in fine dining and have done so for the last 5 years.
I fell down the rabbit hole a little over a year ago when I started becoming decent with a water stone. Now several stones and several knives later here I am. I look forward to being a part of the community and hopefully being able to learn more than a fewnew things!
