Hi, I’m Harrison, I’v been getting into knife sharpening recently It’s been really fun sharpening my neighbors knives and i’ve gotten pretty good at it, I’ve more recently bought a couple nice japanese knives with all the sales going on, it’s been interesting learning how to care for the different types of knives, handles, etc. Looking forward to delving deeper into the world of knives!
