Hi all-

I am a long time knife and sharpening enthusiast; got into it all as a kid like many of us, i imagine! I have been sharpening for restaurants for 6 years and recently began offering my services at a local farmers market. Forged a few knives in the past years but definitely a beginner in the knife making dept. I am here at these forums to learn more about fine kitchen cutlery and sharpening techniques, particularly thinning & polishing wider bevel knives. Thank you all.
