Hello Everybody.

I used to be a chef and got to play with a whole bunch of knives from coworkers. I always enjoyed using different types of knives in the kitchen but could never really justify the prices on them with my income at the time.

After pivoting careers I can actually afford knives and enjoy cooking for myself at home again.
I'm here to do some research on the market and to stare at the eye candy.
