I have enjoyed cooking for a long time and finally bought my first Japanese knife, Fujimoto Hammer Tone SLD Santoku. Now I’m cruising down the rabbit hole and looking to learn how to sharpen the knives with whetstones and start a collection. I look forward to interacting with people on this forum.
