Hello guys, been lurking for a while and probably know many of you from instagram. Im a small town chef with a passion for knives and stones, slowly making my way through this big rabbit hole. knife buy and sell is gone or is membership needed?

I'm always interested in trades, trying different makers and stones, learning from and helping others whenever I can. Attached is my current lineup.

I'll have a knife get together in January. You should come. Bring the collection. I've been debating getting that bread knife myself and that 300mm looks cool.
Everybody has a few cool interesting pieces.

Sounds cool. Send me the details and we can see! Thanks. Bread knife is an easy investment for sure. Been going strong for years. Sharpened once with a ceramic rod. I just purchased a mazaki 240 as well on route definitely a couple nice pieces
