Hi all!

I've been getting into the world of (mostly Japanese) kitchen knives for about half a year now. Mostly I'm trying to find some salvageable knives to restore and hopefully find new homes for them while keeping an eye on gems that I want for my own kitchen. I've also made a few sayas too. Never knew I was capable of that (always been a super crappy craftsman)! So far I've piled up some 30+ knives to the "joy" of my spouse :D
