New member here as of today but have been viewing the forums for some time!
Some info about me: Working full time with Supply chain at an e-commerce company but have been on parental leave for 6 month. During these months I spent a lot of late nights setting up the basis for my startup that will produce and sell kitchen tools. Starting off with kitchen knives and I have now a first sample of a 20cm gyuto, using 14c28n steel (produced in Solingen Germany) and 3D printing handles. Trying to keep it as local as possible!
Very impressed by all the knowledge shared here and happy to hopefully contribute in the future!
