Hey folks, just a sous /chef line cook who gave it up for a normal job. Love to cook still, which is why I stopped doing it for a living, and still enjoy fending off hordes of evil onions,potatoes and tomatoes with nothing more then a sharp knife.
Well,only things in the block of any real note are my leftovers from time on the line. A zwilling henckel 8in chef,and a global 7in deba, and 8in chef. Got a few old CCK cleavers too. Looking to add a reasonable J-carbon steel wa-gyotu,and if I like that,well then its on.
