What's up everyone. I have been avidly lurking around these forums for the past couple weeks now and decided I wanted to participate in it and thus making an account. Originally from LA, I moved to the bay area for culinary school. Graduated 2 years ago, I am now working in professional Japanese kitchens. Here looking to increase my knowledge on the tools of the craft and hopefully snag some new ones to put to use.
