Hi, good to be here. Cooked and baked since 70's. Got into high quality pocket knives about 5 years ago and can keep them sharp.
Have a few lamsons, a half dozen shun classics, and am looking to move up to some nicer knives for home only. This place will give some good info and probably cost me some serious money.
