My name is Josh. I'm a 20 year old Engineering student from England. Unfortunately, student loans don't fill knife drawers, so I don't have anything too special to share.
My only decent knife is a Yaxell Yo-u 210mm gyuto, which I bought a couple of years ago. It was a huge step up in quality from anything I had used before, and I thought it as close to perfect as I could ask. I was unaware just how much deeper that rabbit hole would go.
I hope to own some more traditionally crafted knives in the coming months/years, which I have come to greatly appreciate. With my 21st fast approaching, I thought it would be an ideal time to finally get involved and seek advice from the more knowledgeable members.
