Hi, I am an international culinary school student. Ever since I saw a gyuto belonging to my chef in class for the first time, I decided that I also want to have such a cool and unique kitchen tool. From the beginning to the present, my kitchen knife has changed from German to Japanese. I am grateful for the knowledge I have learned from every knife I have used and sharpened. I am very happy to join KKF and hope to learn more about kitchen knives.
