I've been using a Yaxell Dragon Fire 215mm gyuto, Masahiro 150mm honesuki, Moritaka AS 150mm (another honesuki) and a Deba I got from Masamoto a while back. I'm looking to expand it a bit and maybe look for an upgrade for my gyuto.
