been lurking for a short while absorbing all the knowledge. There seems to be some expert knowledge within the community here. I work part time in a BBQ establishment. Looking to ask some questions and reply where I have creditable knowledge on a particular subject that may pop up.

Welcome. What part of WVa? Are you near Winchester, or out on the west side?

Welcome! I lived in WV for a couple years, beautiful state. Old farm auctions there are a good place to find antique Beatty's and Forgcraft knives, if you're into BBQ I'm sure you like them.
