Been lurking around for a few weeks and want to say hi. Knife collecting seems to run in my family. My grandpa collected lots of decorative folders. Myself, big home cook, been cooking with mostly German big house stuff up until this year when I picked up a honesuke as I was buying a lot of whole birds and I hunt as well. That really got me more interested in all kinds of knife shapes, steels, etc. Sand I guess that’s how I wound up here.
