Fist post. Just a collector and user (I work in a kitchen). Totally obsessed with Japanese knives after going from a shun classic to Ryusen blazen 210 sg2, which started my addiction! Haha! Few years later and a few dozen blades, been lurking here a few months. Anyway will be posting lots of pics and having good chats with the community, which seems superb so far from what I’ve seen!
