Hello, everyone!

I like cooking and just started getting into kitchen knives in recent years, I have browsed this forum before but never registered. I love all kind of kitchen knives, my main knives are Chinese cleavers and gyuto.

Hope to learn more about knives and looking for advices on future purchases.

I currently own a Gesshin Ginga cleaver , CCK 1302 and a Misono no.61, for the gyutos I have a Kobayashi Kei R2 240mm and a Takamura R2 210mm. Probably won't purchase anything new for now but still very interested in learning about them.
