Hello all,
I have recently gotten into kitchen knives and won’t be getting out of it any time as I use them almost everyday and very much enjoy supporting the hardworking artisans that make all of these pieces of art! My most recent knife I have acquired is 240mm Tetsujin K-Tip Gyuto in Blue #2 and I cannot wait to get it to try it out as it will be my first Myojin grind! I look forward to contributing to the forums and learning as much as I can!
