Hi All,
Coming here by way of reddit r/chefknives. Excited to continue to enable my knife addiction with like minded individuals like you. I'm a home cook and currently work in the business side of restaurants. I'm somewhere in between novice and intermediate knife addict - have taken the standard path through the knife world thus far. (own a vic, fujitora, shi ba zi, takamura, etc.). Looking forward to the fun chats and buy/sell/trade/give opportunities!
