Hi everyone, I’m a semi retired professional cook who has always given thought to my tools. After reading some of the posts and comments on this forum, I realize I know very little compared to some of you. I’m here to learn more about Japanese Smiths and hopefully increase both my knife collection and sharpening skills. I’m quite excited about this, thanks for letting me join admins!
