I’ve been browsing this forum on and off for a few weeks as I start thinking about upgrading my cutlery. I’ve been learning tons and getting a much better sense of the fascinating world of kitchen knives. It’s a great community you all have going here, and I’m looking forward to joining the party!

Your best bet is Strata up in Maine. They have the largest and highest quality selection outside of NYC. In Boston there’s Maruichi Select which carries some of Korin’s lineup.

Other than that you’re next best option would probably be NYC.
