Hey guys! Ive been mastering my way to kitchen knives since i was 17 and so far i dove deep into this world. Been consuming every bit of information around knives, steel, grinds, stones, sharpening etc so i found this forum and im happy to be joining it and hope to share and learn a lot with you!
