    Hi from Australia.
    After buying a couple of pretty basic Sakai Takayuki knives I started to look into Japanese knives more and came across this site.
    Hoping to learn more and grow my collection.

    I’m from Adelaide.

    I’ve got a 240mm wa gyuto and 150mm wa petty - both are the Grand Chef range.
    Oh, And a fujitoro bread knife also.
