    I've lurked for a while, figured I should say hello. I work as a chef-- been in the US michelin circuit for some time.

    165 jikko deba
    220 takeda mioroshi deba
    mac bread knife
    280mm majime suji
    silverthorn boning knife
    130mm aebl kikuichi petty
    4" k sabatier paring
    and three windmuhlenmesser bird beaks
