Hey everyone, just another admirer of quality kitchen knives coming through.
Right now I got a small collection of western/Japanese knives which I'm looking to expand on with a Nakiri. My latest purchase is the petty knife, and I have to say it's a lot of fun to use because of its size and weight.
I'm also practicing to properly sharpen my knives so that I will be able to maintain them all myself. All in all a great hobby to be a part of!
