Greetings from the United States. I am interested in learning about knives specifically Japanese knives. I would like to purchase a Japanese branded western style gyuto knife with stainless steel/damascus steel construction preferably without a wood handle. My budget is $300.00. I would appreciate any feedback on your opinions on brand/knife model. Thank you.
