Hello, I have been browsing these forums for a few months but never made an account until now.
I have been collecting some knives this year, but I have had Japanese knives for a few years now. I like to read the "Post your newest knife" thread and see what kind of different knives and makers people like. I post sometimes in r/Truechefknives and there is a nice little community over there.
My current collection includes Tetsujin, Hado Sakai, Anryu, Kurosaki and a Konosuke knife. I have been intrigued about western makers but for now I will continue collecting Japanese knives.
