Help ID knife

[GBT-Splint]

My friend left me this knife to repair and sharpen as it has been badly hurt.
Before doing so I would like to know a little more about the knife but the owner doesn't know what it is.
The only infos I got is that it "might" be a miyabi but I can't seem find that anywhere.
It is a san mai stainless clad.

I can't seem to get a good focus on the Kanji as it is partly erased. sorry about that.

Anryu. Probably AS steel. The finish doesn’t look like the blue 2 version.
