I have an older knife with the twinworks logo, but not the name Henkles. Also states Geneva Tempered Hi-Carbon USA. It’s 12.5” long with handle, which seems very long to me. It was not forged straight, but rather with flowing curves. Very pretty actually.

Just wondering if anyone has info in this pretty thing.

This is not a Henckels. There are several clues. First it says Geneva Tempered as the brand, not Henckels. Second, it is marked USA and Henckels are manufactured in Germany. Finally, that is not the Twin Works logo. It is a trademark of the Geneva Cutlery Company of Geneva, NY.

Geneva Cutlery Company / Genco, were mostly known as a razor manufacturer but they did all kinds of sharp tools. Knives, scissors, shears, etc. Eventually bought out by Case. This is a well worn butcher slicer probably made between 1925-1935. Geneva is near Little Valley, NY which was a great bladesmithing region considered the Sheffield of America from the 1890s through 1940s.
