just a MN guy here who loves making things sharp. i have a large collection of straight razors and stones and ive recently been bit by the kitchen knife bug. i've recently started upgrading my knives from western beaters and so far the jknife collection are a couple tojiro itk's (petty,nakiri) a 210mm tojiro dp gyuto and a kurosaki 240mm kuroichi gyuto.
with all the excellent information ive been reading on this site the past few weeks i figured i might as well stop lurking and swing by.
