Been on the chefknives discord for a bit and now joining this forum!

I live in the UK and am currently an Engineering student at uni.
Looking forwards to putting a dent in my wallet with more knvies that I don't need šŸ˜­šŸ˜­
 
Welcome aboard! How about maintenance? Except for a few customs, most knives only start performing after a few sharpenings.

Oh boy, the whetstone obessions is also there aswell, I started with a cheap amazon stone which was ok, but once I got the SP1k, I was completely changed, it is so amazing! I am actually planning to teach/run a knife sharpening event at a society I am part of at university, hopefully I can get enough funding to try out some more stones and teach others the art! I really want to try the naniwa pro line, heard great things from it.
