For sale - Randy Haas AEB-L gyuto line knife 240mm
Randy makes some of the nicest knives and this is no exception.
The fit and finish of the blade and handle are exemplary.
Not sure what the material is but the handle is beautiful.
I am the second owner but it has been very lightly used.
