Hi guys, just wanted to quickly introduce myself.
After jumping down the rabbit hole a couple years back, I have gotten a lot of information of this forum and generally enjoyed lurking around so much that I finally decided to register.
I'm a professional chef for 15 years and currently live in Sydney, Australia.
